2. Booking and Payment

  • A reservation is confirmed only after a deposit or full payment is received.

  • No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.

  • No smoking inside the property.
  • No pets allowed (unless explicitly agreed upon in advance).
  • Parties and events are not permitted without prior approval.

6. Liability

  • Guests stay at their own risk.
  • Sunshine Oasis is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during your stay.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the property.

7. Privacy

Guest information is collected solely for booking and communication purposes.

We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

8. Changes to Terms

Sunshine Oasis reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
